Emerging Market Real Estate ETF List

A list of emerging market real estate ETFs consists of the Guggenheim Emerging Market Real Estate ETF (NYSEARCA: EMRE) and the Guggenhiem China Real Estate ETF (NYSEARCA: TAO) from Guggenheim which track the AlphaShares Emerging Markets Real Estate Index and the AlphaShares China Real Estate Index, respectively; and the iShares Asia Developed Real Estate ETF (NASDAQ: IFAS) from iShares which tracks the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Asia Index. Investors should be aware that the iShares Asia Developed Real Estate ETF is invested in real estate stocks or REITs from more developed countries or markets like Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore. However, some of these developed real estate markets would also be influenced to some degree by buyers from emerging markets plus individual stocks or REITs may own properties in less developed real estate markets. Aside from these emerging market real estate ETFs, investors should also check out all of our equity ETF lists and our entire emerging market ETF list pages.
