Turkey Closed-End Funds List

Previously, there were two NYSE listed Turkey closed-end funds offering investors exposure to equity and/or bond markets in Turkey. The Central and Eastern Europe Fund, Inc (NYSE: CEE) was formerly known as the Central Europe Russia and Turkey Fund Inc (NYSE: CEE). In the past (e.g. 2014), the closed-end fund had a 15% allocation in Turkish stocks as well as exposure to Russian stocks. However, it now appears the fund no longer invests in Turkish stocks and is or already has eliminated exposure to Russian stocks.

In addition, the Turkish Investment Fund Inc (NYSE: TKF) was a long-standing Turkish closed-end fund managed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management. However, the fund liquidated in January 2018.
