Investing in Cayman Islands ADRs / Cayman Islands Stocks List
Cayman Islands ADRs generally have little to no business connection to the British Overseas Territory beyond having an incorporation or listing there simply because the territory is a major global offshore financial center or tax haven. For example, Ambow Education Holding Ltd (OTCMKTS: AMBOY), Daqo New Energy Corp (NYSE: DQ) and JinkoSolar Holding Co. Ltd (NYSE: JKS) are actually Chinese companies. However, its worth noting that Consolidated Water Co. Ltd (NASDAQ: CWCO) offers investors good exposure to the territory and the Caribbean as the company operates desalination plants in the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, Belize and the British Virgin Islands. Investors interested in investing in Cayman Islands ADRs should also check out our Latin America ETF list, Latin America ETF list (region wide) and Caribbean closed-end fund lists as some region wide ETF and closed-end funds may have exposure to Cayman Islands stocks.
Note: If there are any ADRs to add or remove from this list or there are bad links, please write a note in the comments section so it can be fixed. Likewise, adding any other comments or advice would also be appreciated.
