Investing in Peru ADRs / Peru Stocks List

Peru ADRs include some NYSE listed stocks such as Cementos Pacasmayo (NYSE: CPAC) and gold and silver miner Compania de Minas Buenaventura SAA (NYSE: BVN). In addition, Union Andina de Cementos SAA (OTCMKTS: CEMTY) is another cement stock that is the result of a merger between Cementos Lima S.A.A. and Cemento Andino S.A.

However, investors in Peruvian ADRs should be aware of what happened to now delisted diversified conglomerate Grana y Montero SAA (NYSE: GRAM). When the massive Petrobras bribery scandal began to spread beyond the Brazilian petroleum company, Brazilian-based multinational construction company Odebrecht was implicated. From there, the scandal spread to companies in other Latin American countries – including Grana y Montero SAA which also got mired in shareholder litigation.

Investors interested in investing in Peru ADRs should also check out our Peru ETF list, Latin America ETF list (region wide), South America ETF list and Latin America closed-end fund list (region wide) as some region wide ETFs and closed-end funds may have exposure to Peru stocks.

Note: Stocks delisted from the OTC (whether due to mergers, acquisitions or for other reasons) have been left in the table (as their websites still provide a good feel for the company and the local market) and may still trade on local, regional or European (e.g. London) stock exchanges. They may also be holdings of country or region specific ETFs, closed-end funds or Indices.
