Escalating Tensions Have Not Unsettled Korean Markets (Moody’s)
Past actions by North Korea have neither deterred investment nor consumption in South Korea, nor have they unsettled Korean financial markets according to the following chart appearing in a recent issue of Moody’s Credit Outlook:
