Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta or Vesta (BMV: VESTA / NYSE: VTMX) is a best-in-class, fully integrated real estate company that owns, manages, acquires, sells, develops, and re-develops industrial properties in Mexico.
BMV listed shares took off about a year ago and continue to rise on nearshoring trends. In addition, Vesta recently listed ADSs on the NYSE and intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund its growth strategy. NYSE shares have also moved higher.
